The King Abdullah University of Technology and Science (KAUST) is being built as an international graduate research centre, dedicated to inspiring a new age of scientific achievement in Saudi Arabia, the region and the world. PICO were the lead contractors on the event and subcontracted to the Spinifex Group for media production. King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al Saud attended the ceremony where he laid the foundation stone of the future university.The opening video was displayed using a Hologram screen. In total, there were five screens, displaying 40 minutes of content that celebrated the historical  and ground-breaking Ceremony of KAUST.
